We usually have to pay 20-50 percent of monthly rent to agent if we ask a room to developer or agent. They check the room condition at the move-in, save the information of furniture and electric equipment in the computer system. They also hand the USB and document which contains room information over to you and owner. We can prevent trouble at the move-out by recording the condition at the move in.
- Camera man: 4 Thai persons
They take photographs of owner’s room carefully so that you can feel the atmosphere of interior easily. They also film with 360 degrees camera for enhancing website.
- Driver: 3 Thai persons
Our driver brings you to the house preview and helps your house-moving.
